Since 2005, Book Fairs by Book Ends has provided outstanding school book fairs in the Greater Boston area. Our primary focus is with Elementary and K-8 Schools. We also work with select Pre-schools and Middle schools as well as Summer Reading List sales.
We have developed several models to meet the demographics of the many different schools we serve. First, we consider the expected sales volume and past experiences with a school's book fair. We then review the the number of students as well as the space available for our book displays and sales equipment. These factors help us determine the quantity of books and display carts and racks.
Most schools receive our Premium Book Fair where the books are already displayed on rolling carts & racks and delivered to the school ready for sales shortly after set-up is completed. These book fairs typically last from 3-5 days and generate sales from $5,000 to as high as $15,000.

• One Day Book Fair
Some schools and Book Fair Chairpersons choose this option for busy schools that might have space constraints as well. A One Day Book Fair requires fewer volunteer hours and is less disruptive to school spaces that may have multiple uses. This option also ties in well with evening programs such as parent/teacher conferences, ice cream socials or pasta dinners, and school performances.
• Table Top Book Fair
We suggest a Table Top Book Fair for schools with sales expectations under $4000. Our trucks will arrive at your school with your book fair packed in boxes sorted by age level and categories. School volunteers will unpack and place books on your tables or library book stacks.
• Mini Table Top Box Fair
This model is suggested for schools with expected sales under $2500. A school volunteer will come to our warehouse in Winchester and pick up this book fair that will be packed in boxes sorted by age level and categories.
• In-Store Book Fair Fundraiser
Communities close to Book Ends bookstore in Winchester are invited to have a one or two day fundraiser right at the store. Obviously, this provides an opportunity to purchase an unlimited supply of both adult and children's titles as well as cards and gifts. We have a sliding scale whereby the higher the sales the higher the percentage of the donation.
