History
BOOK FAIRS BY BOOK ENDS was created in 2005 at a time when few choices existed in the school book fair marketplace. Our independent bookstore, BOOK ENDS, has been a successful store in Winchester Center since 1984. You will benefit from our long time experience in the world of books!

Our book fair has an outstanding book selection for every interest and reading level. We carry paperbook and hardcover editions with brand new titles along with old favorites.

Hundreds of books are all beautifully displayed on rolling carts & racks providing a pleasing "mini-bookstore" shopping experience.

We work with your schedule in both setting up and picking up the book fair from your school. We are confident that you will be proud of having a successful literary fundraising event with BOOK FAIRS BY BOOKENDS!
Judy Manzo, Owner
Judy is also the owner of Book Ends since 1992. Prior to the bookstore, Judy was a special education teacher, parent educator, and community volunteer. Judy brings her teaching experience, love of reading, and an entrepreneurial spirit to BOOK FAIRS BY BOOK ENDS.
Beverly Bittarelli, Manager
Prior to coming to work at BOOK FAIRS BY BOOKENDS as manager, Beverly owned and managed two independent bookstores, one in Lexington and one in Brookline.
Alan Speigel, Assistant Manager
Alan has been in the "book business" since 1984. Prior to joining our team he was a circulation manager in a public library, a bookstore manager, and most recently a publisher's sales representative.
Terri Maginnis, Assistant Manager
Terri joined us in 2006 after many years of running her children's school book fairs, as well as being an assistant manager in a clothing store. She is our head buyer, main contact person, and all around problem solver.
Jean Hilliker, Operations Manager
Jean has been with us since 2007. She is our Operations Manager and assistant buyer. Jean is responsible for shipping and receiving of all of our book fair inventory.
Other Team Members: Patti Murray, Administrative Assistant, Matthew Epstein, Technology Coordinator, Kevin Gerstel & Rich Donohue, Drivers and Paula Swartz, Bookkeeper.
